With over 30 years of experience working with employees and organizations worldwide, Claude supports individuals and teams in developing cross-cultural leadership, communication, and integration skills. In 1994, she founded Intercultural Services to help organizations successfully onboard, develop, and retain an increasingly diverse global workforce. She is also the author of The American Way of Life: The Foreigner’s Perspective, a book inspired by the many individuals and organizations she has guided in navigating and integrating into unfamiliar cultural environments.
Fluent in English, French, German, Italian, Swiss German, and continuously improving her Spanish, Claude brings a deeply human, culturally grounded approach to building connection and belonging in new and unfamiliar communities.
