Thanks everyone for attending our Yearly German Christmas Potluck Event in San Diego, hosted by SDGermans.com and GABA.
This year the gathering drew not only the regular community but also visitors from across Southern California, including Los Angeles County and Orange County. The event took place in the rooms of Schlaraffia. A warm thank-you goes to Peter Baur and the entire team for providing free drinks that day and for hosting us again this year.
It was also great to welcome friends from the German American Societies of San Diego, known for the authentic Oktoberfest in El Cajon and for many cultural programs throughout the year, including the annual German Cabaret in San Diego.
The potluck offered a chance to connect, learn, share stories, and enjoy time with familiar and new faces. Many thanks to all guests who brought such an impressive variety of dishes from around the world, including many German favorites.
